I saw my neighbor how he treated his dog. He tied the body of the dog under the mango tree. He threw a big stone in the dog's head. I saw the blood flowing on the dog's head. It was really terrible. I asked the helper of my neighbor about the dog. He said the dog ate the food in the table which is prepared for the incoming visitor. Out of anger the owner wanted to kill the dog. Do you think the dogs deserves such punishment? Are you hurting your own dog?

That's terrible! I would NEVER do such a thing to my dog! I don't know where you're from, but in the US, we call that animal abuse. It's just plain cruel. Maybe he should have kept a better eye on the dog. Poor dog!

You need to call and report him! Yes, that is animal abuse! The owner should be tied to a mango tree and hit with a rock. How is the dog now?? Have you seen it since? You know, you can report it and not give your name. People around here get arrested for stuff like that.

I agree that is terrible. People have done jail time in North America for animal abuse.
