I kiss dogs on the head and sometimes let them lick my face but I do NOT let them lick my mouth, I think that's so gross as dogs lick some pretty unsanitary things...

Yes. I have 2 dogs and I give both of them kisses--but not on their mouth or noses, just on the top of their heads or their snout. My rott/lab will give you kisses, but if he's mad at you he looks away! My pit loves to give kisses, and sometimes I feel like I just got a bath! They're too sweet!

Not at all. I have witnessed my dogs eating "turds" and therefore I avoid all mouth-to-mouth contact with my dog.

Yes, I kiss dogs. I've NEVER had a Problem w/ it, as long as the dogs didn't mind (which They NEVER seemed to).

I will say "kiss me" and both my dogs will give me a kiss... and if there in the other room they will run to me and give me a kiss if I say ''kiss me'' loud enough.And I ALWAYS give my yorkies a kiss on the nose before I leave or go to sleep because I may never see them again. And I loveeee loveee loveeee comming home to my dogs too.. They get so excited! and the jump and kiss you and I just Love it.. My dogs are the BOMB! haha =))Dani

Next time, ask your human companion to wipe your face with their toilet paper.No.And I don't believe that "dog's mouth has antibacterial qualites." If that were so, some drug compnay would have bottled it by now.My dog does not lick, but I do spend long times of "adoring" him where I look him in the eyes and take my hands, cup his cheeks and stroke him to the back of his head over and over and over while I coo "adore""adore"....You should see his tail wagging at the very tip - soo happy that he can't even muster a full wag - just too much love...
