I have been trying to get my dog to play fetch, I throw a stick and he runs after it but never brings it back. I have to go get it myself. What is the best way I can train my dog to fetch? I really would love it if my dog can fetch a stick and bring it back to me. Any one have any suggestions?

my dog normally loves playing fetch but recently shes been doing the same going to get it picks it up then drops it & losses interest, I dont know what has changed, I'm not sure if its because of the heat.

My puppy use to be like this although I don't know why but I just kept at it and now he loves playing fetch and is really good at it now he'll put what I am throwing right into my hand.

That is great seppala. How do you get your dog to do that? I would love it if my dog does that. Maybe I just need to spend more time playing fetch with him.
