Default What kind of chores does your dog do around the house?

Such as, dusting, vaccuming, washing his clothes, cleaning the toliets, etc. How did you train him to do these things?

Well guarding the house is the most important thing a dog can do for you especially after you go to bed if the bad guy is trying to enter, that probably could have saved the doctor and his family if he had a dog. My male dog helps pre clean the dishes before they go into the dish washer especially if it had eggs on it. well my wife put an end to that, but I thought he was doing such a good job, was going to put the dishes back in the cabinet. My wife has arthritis, and my little girl must know it is bad so she likes to lick her hands to make it feel better and go away!

My Jack/Rat Terrier, Deuce helps round up the cats and run them out of the house when it's time to lock up. His main job is just being too darn cute..he keeps me sane. Seriously though, I have suffered from post traumatic stress and anxiety attacks since I was shot at school in '98. I got to the point where I was having a panic attack about once a week. The attacks got so bad that it was affecting my work and I was about to lose my job. I have now had Deuce for almost 2 years and I've been free from these attacks. He has done so much for me. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my baby.

Default chores

my fizz clears things off the coffee table with her tail. and she does the stairs as well with her tail. and also has a thing for cleaning plates which i dont like her doing. and she sometime likes to knock the bin over and get the cake wrappers out and eat them and she also has a thing for dental floss. she loves barking and having lots of cuddles.

If i forget to clean out the cats litter tray Kato does that for me.........LOL.
Otherwise his chore is to be a companion and protector of our family and home. Neither specifically taught, he just does it.

My babies keep sales people, politicians, and strangers away from my house. They also bark if they see anything strange going on....it is like having alarms everywhere, lol.
