Default Ice? Duh

Ice works great if you live up north in the winter.
Not where a dogs water gets so hot you could brew tea.(In a half hour)

Try searching "Aquarium chillers".
There several places online, so take your pick. You'll find in-line and drop in types.
I'm not sure about the hp needed to accomodate 100+ degrees.
Hopefully a sales person could help. I'm looking into this myself.
Good luck

A frozen kong toy filled with butter is the favorite treat of our dog during the hot summer days. Maybe you can try this one for your dog too. Also make sure your dog has access on plenty and clean water.

My dogs love otter pops...There a cheap treat, so I stock my garage freezer with them...I've also invested in cooling coats for my dogs. My dogs wear them when I'm out doing yard work or out in the barn feeding horses.

for long hot summers I would make up a batch of beef stock and pop it in the tupperware square containers and freeze, once it is nearly frozen I pop a bit of bacon of ham in the middle then freeze solid. Kato will lick these blocks for ages and he loves them. Because of their reasonable size they took a fair bit of time to melt.

Oh and cooling vests, the best thing since sliced bread, Kato loves wearing his on a long hot day.
