That's the only way they have of regulating their body temperatures - they sweat through their nose and pads.Their noses tend to feel cold because as the moisture evaporates, it takes the heat away. BTW, their noses are not always cold ... just most of the time.

i dont know for sure but i think its because they are always licking there nose and lots of the time they are outside

I'm not sure why, but I think it helps them to smell things better.

dunno why its always cold but i no that when it gets warm i no it means thier sick true....

so they can jam them into your sides when you're asleep. at least, that's why mine's is wet.

They normally lick there noses all the time for one thing. Some animal experts believe it assists in thermoregulation since dogs can't sweat so they pant; so there noses are wet. And the air cool the moisture of the wet nose, so it's cold and wet. Just a thought.

They don't have hands to blow their nose with, as for being cold don't know

because they lick their noses seriously but idk why dogs's noses are always cold but i do know that they have wet noses cause they lick their nose with their toungue
