one of mine can see color I dont believe that all dogs are color blind.

It is now believed that dogs can see colors, but not in the full spectrum as humans. For example, they can see yellow but not blue or green. Whatever the case, dogs of any breed are still the exact same species as every other breed, so any breed of dog would have the same scope of color vision.
