This morning I woke up to see my dog laying in a pile of bright yellow throw up! Poor little guy. Anyone know of anything I can do for him? He seems fine but if there's anything I could do I'd love too.

Sorry to hear that. I hope your dog is doing better now. Maybe he ate too much. My dog use to do that too. He would eat and eat, then later I find he threw up all over the place. If he continues to throw up, I would suggest taking him to see a vet.

If you are going to try and feed him again make sure it is just little and often. It allows his stomach to get used to things.
The fact that it's yellow indicates that it had gone a fair way into his digestive system, so he could have a bit of a bug.

If he's off his food for more than 24 hours then take him to a vet.

When my dog did that, he would want to go outside. He'd run out in the yard and eat grass. After that, he would be perfectly fine.

My dog use to get sick all the time and I finally found out why. I would dump all my left over food outside for the stray dogs that comes around, well she was going out there and eating it all up so now we walk her.
