We recently had our first child and our dogs seemingly are adjusting well.
Unfortunately we have noticed that one of our dogs (a miniature daschund) has begun to lick our larger (mixed Beagle hound) dog's anus obsessively,
since bringing baby home. I don't know if either of these are related.
Has anyone epxerienced this behavior with their dogs? Or does anyone know why our Daschund might be doing this? Is there a way to stop the behavior? We stop it by calling his name when we catch him doing this and distracting him.
