Default Yard suggestions

Well I had two patches of grass in my yard but the "grass" is gone now......b/w the dogs going to the bathroom and the digging it is mostly dirt now...........im just trying to figure out something to do with it b/c i know the next time it rains its going to be a huge mud pit..........i was thinking of putting down some heavy duty plastic sheets and then some gravel or something.........Im open to any suggestions.........i would love to just dig it down and put down concrete but thats not an option right now..........

Thanks.......
Robb

I just put it down over the dirt, and add more gravel whenever necessary. If you want, you can use landscape timber to section off the areas you want to cover, and it'll keep the gravel or mulch where it's supposed to be.
Any idea where i can pick this up in bulk? And how deep do you suggest to make it? and any idea how much of an area a 45lb bag would cover?
Thanks, this might be the option that i choose........
