Default Training trouble

Okay, my aunt has the most adorable little doggy. He actually spent some time with me because she was in a nursing home. Anyways, there are a few kinky to work out. My aunt is not physically able to walk him, so I walk him, and he is allowed out onto an enclosed pourch to use the bathroom. But as my aunt gets more physically capable, I find that I would like to be less needed. This of course means training him to be the best doggy on the block.

He does good on a leash, but he does pull a little. She could walk with him if he pulled her. Also, I need to teach him how to "leave it" There is another doggy in the house, and we realized today that he had eaten one of his pills. (it shouldn't hurt him). The pill fell on the floor, and was gone before we realized it. He is doing better at home, although he tucks him tail and lowers his head. He seems to think he has done something wrong, but when I say "GOOD BOY" he purks right up. Then there is the constant sesless anoying barking. Any idea how I could correct these few things? Over all he is a wonderful little dog. And he listens really well to me, but not my aunt. I have told her not to YELL but to be firm. She yells anyways. Perhaps, I should train the human too huh?
