Well I am not Holly, but I will jump in anyway
1. Consider the source of the odor, with this breed I am thinking around the face correct???
If so
1. It may be the hair is irritating her eyes. (the hair at the stop) This breed needs profressional grooming for that adorble bichon trim we all adore.
If the hair is irritating her eyes, it will cause the eyes to run, and it starts to smell. (around the face)
2. Look for excessive drainage around the face, redness puss etc...
3. Inspect her ALLOVER and look for any sores you may have missed.
5. GO TO VET for inspection. He can give you antibiotics if needed, or drops to help sooth the eye area and reduce tearing
6. Are you bathing her properly, yes you have to be careful with soap around the eyes, but it still needs to be washed. Put drops in eyes for protection, and use a tearless baby shampoo
ok..that's my 2cents
But, if a dog is exhibiting a strong odor a couple of days after a bath, I would go to the vet.
