This may some what be relatede to this subject matter, We just had a PetSmart store open up in our area, and just went there for the first time, and I ask one of the workers there where are your dogs for sale, and she said they have something worked out with the local humane society, where once a week they bring some dogs out to be purchased,(adopted), as though you went to the H.S. They do not sell dogs from puppy mills. That was really a plus for them, also got a kick outa watching people bring in there pets to help pick out what they wanted!lolo As long as there are buyers we have to put up with over breeding mills! I agree with the last poster we should get rid of this posters sales pitch. Although I feel the people that visit this site know better!

I used to agree with you aggy, but then thought that it is probably good that they are here, because I have been able to get a warning out on it. Many people buy pups online, from newspaper or pet store so unaware of where they are coming from, but the more these possibly mill sellers advertise on forums, the more we are able to respond and put up the warnings that we would otherwise not be able to attach an alert of this sort to a straight out advert. The glory of public access forums! even if my message only gets through to just a couple of unaware potential buyers, thats a couple less pups a miller can offload.

Sorry I don't agree. For every 1 person who doesn't buy because of a warning 3 will buy because of the add. Take away the adds and these people won't know the sellers are there. How do people get to sell their products? they advertise. Take away the advert no sale. That is what I think sorry if You don't think the same. This is a dog forum not a classified adds paper. The adds should not be on here.---Aggy
