trust me i know it requires breeding, I just dont want a big dog in a small apartment, I looked up some small dogs and saw some of the things that they offer so I have some ideas about breeds and what they offer. I am not buying just off looks. thanks for all the help so far

good point nattie, the designer dogs are manufactured by money grubbing irresponsible people that could care less about the dogs.

have you considered looking at breed rescues & shelters? most dogs that are in shelters are not there because of any fault of their own - but their humans that failed them

My problem is that instead of letting people want what they want and do things their way, you attack them about their decisions. You don't even find out all the information before judging these people. People are coming here for help and you jump on them about the things they say before knowing the facts. That's my problem!

I haven't attacked anyone - I simply gave her some things she needs to think about before making a decision. I can only address the information as she wrote it, & for the record I have a LOT more experience at it than you.

you want to just let her blindly get a small white dog - shelters are full of dogs people went out & bought & then dumped because they did no research before they got it. nor did they consider what a good fit for their lifestyle was.
