Default questions on neutering

Question. I am very big into neutering and spaying. I have a friend who isn't. She hasn't owned dogs before and she bought large male dog and a very small female dog a year ago. She has learned a lot, but no matter what I say, she doesn't de sex her dogs. Now that they are older and the little dog has had a heat, I'm afraid that leaving the two alone could result in an accidental breeding. She thinks its physically impossible. Will someone tell me if it is physically possible for an 80-100 pound male to impregnate an 8-10 pound female?? I'm really scared for the little girl. They are definitely both very interested in mating.

you are absolutely justified in your concern. if by some chance he does enter her, he will rip her apart. should she get pregnant - she will die

does she know all the cancers male & females get from not being altered?

far cheaper vet bills over a period of time

it is possible, it will happen but it won't be pretty.
