this is weird. 2 weeks ago, my beagle Ziggy died. Then yesterday my Border Collie died. They both had the same symptoms. They were fine the day before they died. My vet said they probably died of insecticide.What do you think.

what symtoms were your dogs having?? Did the Vet check thier blood for any poisons?? It could be a number of things. Do you have antifreeze any where the dogs can get ahold of it?

sorry on the loss of your dogs, I would be heart broken.
I would realy want to know why they died so it doesnt happen again to any other dogs or other animals. you can ask your vet to do necropsy to see exactly what happened.

did your vet do a thorough check up on the dogs before they died? maybe it wasnt insecticide but some sort of virus like canine parvo virus or something...

ohhh... sorry about that... thats one possible reason... or they might ate something.. my dog before ate fish gills and he died...

Yes, that is possible, but don't just assume. If I were you, I would want to know exactly what they died of, and if there was a possibility of a danger to my family or others, as well. Did they both eat the same dog food? It might be possible that there was something in the food. Remember, all the dog food recalls not too long ago. I would definitely keep looking for an answer!
