Most People Think Danes Are Mean And They Are Not Mean At All.they Are Very Playful My Dane Had A Play Date With Anohter Dane On 4-25-08. My Dane Dakota Was So So So Sad That The Girl Dane Left To Go Home All Day He Was Slumppy Usally Hes Very Happy And Playful But Now He Is Him Self. He Is A Black Great Dane.

good day! i have had 3 danes (not all at the same time)....the first was a black female, the second a male fawn, and the third a blue....they truly are the gentle giants of the canine world! i would definitely consider getting another if i had the room (I have 2 other large breed dogs now). I found them to be great with children....just watch out for that tail, tho! lol ;-)
