How old is he? What are you using to clean the mess with? If he is under a year old, he is still working on being housetrained, and it takes time, patience and consistency. If you are using a cleaning solution that has amonia in it, you are just making more work for yourself. Any product that contains amonia smells like urine to a dog, so you are just making his "spots" more appealing to him. You may also want to check with the vet, he may have a medical issue that is causing him not to be able to hold it. Crate training helps with messes around the house, maybe you could try that. Please give a little more detail on when, where, how long between "potty breaks", etc. Don't worry, it is a behavior that can be corrected, but you need to be patient. It takes time.

That's definitely need more attention, first let a vet take a look a him if he could any disease in him. Also trying to control his meal so you will know when he will pee or poop, don't forget the treat if he did it.

did you crate train him? i think you need to correct this behavior as soon as you can. It will be a big mess in your home if you cant solve it...

How old is he? First take him to a vet to rule out any problems. This is normal for puppies though
