Default small older dog

Hello would just people advice on how to care for an small older dogs shes
around 13 years old but recently have noticed shes lost weight where yu can see her ribs but shes always been a very light dog. She also started having problems with her back legs when shes been asleep for a bit they get very stiff on her . On the plus side she is eating well still drinking her water and going outside to go to toilets and doesnt seem to be in pain and still has a wet nose

Sorry for this long winded question just would like peoples advice

Best advice that I can give is that if you are concerned about your dog's health, please see your vet. Without an exam by a professional there is no way for people here to give you qualified advice on your pet, based on such general info. Best of luck.

^thats right.. well that usually happens when dog gets older... but still regular check-up can really help..
