ARRGGH! I think we need to have laws that are more strict when it comes to cruelty of animals to prevent incidents like this from happening again and again!

We don't need laws, we need people to stop buying from petstores and SUPPORTING puppy mills. But its not just the pups that go through this - its all animals sold in petstore, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, FISH, reptiles, mice, rats etc
this is so sad
