introducing two dogs
Ok so, I am moving back to Pa to live with my parents. We have an 11 year old cocker spaniel, named Paws who can be slightly dog aggressive.
What would be the best way to introduce them since they will be living together?

I'd say do it through a screen door/fence/porch screen over time. In zoo's they introduce animals by putting them in adjacent enclosures to get them acclimated to each other before putting them in physical contact. In this situation it seems safest

I have three dogs. Huskey 5 years, goldendoodle 3 years, maltese 6 months.
Huskey very territorial, set in his ways. When I brought my goldendoodle home, I introduced them by letting the huskey sniff the goldendoodle's butt. I was a little afraid because huskeys are set in their ways. I put them both in the yard, brought the huskey to smell the goldendoodle's butt, off and on, I did this for about 1 hour. It worked, never had a problem. I got the maltese in january, did the same thing. it worked again. keep in mind, all my dogs have very different personalities. It worked for each and every one.
Give it a try, and alway remember to let them play together outside, but always there for the first couple of months. One dog always trys to be the leader aka boss. if you are outside with them, you correct them when they try.
soon, they will like kids playing in the playground.
good luck

Very nice tips above. I may add, introduce them physically with happy an event. Don't forget the treats. When someone become aggressive, interrupt immediately. You can use noise to get their attention or spraying them with water.
