Operation: SAVE CAIN
Operation: SAVE CAIN
Cain is a English Bulldog that belongs to my cousin Tina. My Dad called Tina to see when we would go see the new foal and take the dogs herding. Tina gave us some of the worse news ever, Cain was at the emegrency vet, having surgery. Tina had gone to bed last night with Cain by her side. When she woke up, she couldn't find him. She finally went outside and found Cain bleeding to death, he had been shot. Tina grabbed him and rushed him to the emegrecy vet. They took him into surgery after taking X-Rays of the bullet in him. Tina's husband is 1,150 miles away in North Dakota. He can't come home for the next three weeks and Tina does work. She broke her back two times in the past. Tina has no money left to pay for Cain's vet bills.
Update: Monday, July 21, 2008 at 3:58 A.M. EST.
Cain is staying in the hospital over night. The vets said that the bullet struck him just less than an inch away from his spine. It is highly possible that Cain will develop hip dysplasia. More information to come as we get more information from Tina.
So please... Donate to save Cain's life. Remember, every penny helps.
Cain, we love you big boy. Hang in there. <3
