Smile Please, help me retrain him!

Hi, everyone, I'm new here, and I'm sure you can all help me with this dilemma:

Pasha is now 9 months old. He learned where to go do his things very early. For many reasons I had to "pee pad" train him inside the apartment. When he was very little I put the pad close to my bedroom door, then slowly started moving it towards the balcony, where it should permanently go... but then I realized he was going on the pad sometimes, and the rest right on my bedroom where it used to be. Do you have any advice about what I could do to have him go to the balcony?

Make very sure the other area {by the bedroom door} is thoroughly cleaned and neutralized. White vinegar works well and there are also products on the market especially for this. Wash the walls too, just in case.

Yeah, he might trace his last pee scents where he used to pee, you should totally clean it to eliminate odor so he will not smell it. Have a good routine and schedule for everything, when it's time to eat, when it's time to walk, to play, to poop and pee. Don't free feed him, have schedule so you know later he's gonna do his business, bring him to the right place.
