Spoiling your dogs is OK but it's important that you realize you must set limitations on how much you spoil your dogs, especially with younger dogs. Over spoiling your younger dogs can negatively affect your training efforts. Rewarding proper behavior is always a good idea, giving treats to a puppy that is behaving poorly encourages improper behavior. Keep this simple fact in mind and you'll be just fine. Don't be ashamed to show your pets how much you love them.

My dog is spoiled. But thankfully he is a very good dog.

I think it is just like children- you can spoil them but they only become spoiled brats if they don't have rules as well.
