My aunt bought a puppy but we don't know it's breed. She's pretty small about 12" in length. Any ideas?

Well I think that puppy looks like a chihuahua or maybe even like a lab, but it may be too small to be a lab. So Im guessing chihuahua. I guess this due to my own happening. I was given a puppy at about 9 weeks. She looked like a miniature lab. But now shes 4 months and turn out to be a chihuahua. You should know something its probably not th original chihuahuas or it may be a teacup due to its size.

Sorry I'm no expert on guessing the breed but that's definitely a lovely puppy. How old is she and where did you get her? Also did you have any chance to see her parents/mother?

When a dog is still a puppy its hard to identify its breed...
Maybe because the dog is not fully develop...

Just like my dog Brian I thought he is a shih tzu mixed chow...
Hoping that his appearance will be more chow...
Like when he was 2 months old...
But now that he is 6 months old...
Lots of changes happen in his fur and appearance...
He is more like Japanese Spitz...

Give it time, They change so much just like babies. :-) ok well maybe not that much lol but It's a cute puppy! It's so hard looking at all these puppy pictures, makes me want to get another one! SO ADORABLE!
