My pup got spayed today, I am to pick her up after work. All day I have had an upset tummy thinking of my shy, separation anxiety to the max Zoe. I didn't realize I could get this attached to a dog. I have had cats but never felt this way. It's like when my son was a baby. Am I weird or what! Just had to share.

no, you are not weird. I think that's normal when you love a dog.

Not weird at all. Our dogs are members of our family. Your dog depends on you for everything...never forget that! From just reading what you wrote, I know your pup is loved and well cared for. Have fun with the baby..they grow really, really fast!

Not at all! I was so worried about my dog when he was neutered. Over the holidays I had to leave him at a boarders and they thought I was weird because I called every day to see how he was doing:-D

It was really cold for a few days too and my dog is afraid of dog doors so I wanted to make sure he wasn't stuck outside because he was too afraid of the door to go inside his kennel! They were quite sick of me by the time I got back from vacation:lol:

I am like that too... I treat them as one of the family, but i guess our pet dog feel the same
