As far as I know the only dogs with double dewclaws as a breed standard are, the Briard, Beauceron, Great Pyrenees and Estrela Mountain Dog.
With the Briard, their double dewclaws
should not be removed as they are attached by a very strong bone and removal at any age is very painful.
