Default Help

Hello,

We have a slight problem, our very loving 3 year old Golden is trying to eat our brand new 8 week old Golden. We introduced them in a neutral place, but the older one freaks out when we are at home. Please help.

Hi - I'm curious to know how the 3 year old 'freaks out' when you are at home - give an example of the behavior...and is it a male or female and what sex is the 8 week old? Do they get along when they are outside?

I have a 10 year old golden, male, and he gets along with just about every dog we've encountered over the years...the only problem I ever remember is when he was younger, un-neutered male dogs could sometimes get on his nerves...

Do you think someone or both are getting too rough, like the other one who is being hurt is screaming? Everytime you them behaving badly, you should interrupt them, like spraying water or dropping an empty can, then say firm command "no". Also are they both spayed/neutered?
