Default Searching for Toy Poodle
I am looking for a Red Toy Poodle. I am open to Apricot, Brown, Parti or Brown Phantom colors as well. I am trying to find a breeder that is NOT a puppy mill! Please post any information you may have. Thank you!

You could try to find a breeder by doing a google search for breeders specific to your location and type of dog wanted.

when I google toy poodle breeders all I get are puppy mills

Where is your area? I've seen maybe just couple of them in my life, they are rare here.
