You would never even know they were the same dogs!
Well we are all moved in and settled and you would never know the dogs were the same dogs.
They seem happier here and more content. They are much calmer and not nervous at all.
At the old place they were always on edge, very nervous. Always on the defensive and very protective.
This apartment community is similar to the first apartment they lived in except this one is much nicer (they are considered Luxary Apartments). We are also back on the second floor. Its very quiet here and peaceful.
When we are on walks now and they see another dog, our poodle doesn't even bark at it anymore. At our last place he would freak our whenever he saw another dog.
The last place we lived in we lived on the first floor and the place went down hill within the first 3 months of living there. Kids played in the middle of the road and dogs were left to run loose (even though there was a leash law)
Could the reason they are doing so much better here be because its more of an environment they are used to having and because its a much calmer and quieter place?
They seem very content here and that is great.
Its a much safer place too!
So do you think all the negative behavior from the last year was simply due to the environment our last complex became?
This is the 3rd apartment they've ever lived in.
(Oh and its great there are two playgrounds on the property and all the kids gatand her there and not in the middle of the roads and breezeways, its much like our first apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Even I am at peace here)
Its nice to see them at ease. Its so much less stress for me. (And with the baby on the way, the last thing I need is stress)
