Default cancer and love

my dog has lymphoma and he is only 7...vet gave him 6 months to live....that was 30 months ago...I have spent a lot of money with chemo treatments and obviously they have worked, so far....now he wont eat, drink water for 2 days now...last treatment was 10 days ago...its the end most likely...the vet says he has never had a dog like mine in 25 years last this long...The question is Why did he...all I can say to everyone out there who may face cancer in their dog don't ever give up loving it with everything you got every day.
My wife and I did that and I believe he picked up on it and didn't want to let go, did not want to see that love go away.
He taught us a lesson on how do do that every day to each other...I will be forever grateful we had him.

Have you seen the thread I just started about 5-6 hrs ago? (about a cancer cure) I don't know how well it works for dogs and your dog may be too far gone --But it may be worth a try. If you can't find the post---Go to top of page and find the blue strip that goes across with the white words--click on search--Put asparagus in the search field--leave on threads (not posts)--click go.

That was a very heartwarming story, thanks for giving what he needs. Sending hugs and vibes for your family and your dog.

I'm sorry to hear about your puppy's situation. I applaud you for having the love and dedication to help him so long, despite knowing how expensive the treatment is. He truly has had a great life with you.
