Peta - What are they thinking?
I cannot believe the tactics this organization uses to get their agenda across. There was a time when PETA rescued lab animals who would have suffered terribly in needless experiments. Somehow, they've lost their way. What they're doing to children with McDonald's meals is appalling! How dare they target little kids?
They lost my support back when they started saying that nobody should share their life with a pet and it became known just how many animals in their care are euthanized. Apparently, PETA would rather see a mass slaughter of dogs, cats and other small domestic animals than see them go to loving homes. No organization that truly loves animals would be advocating such insanity. "The lunatics have taken over the asylum!!!" It never ceases to amaze me how many celebrities get roped in to advertising for PETA. Don't any of these people do a little research before they agree to endorse an organization that is obviously being run by a bunch of nuts?

Maybe we should create our own organization, Pet Owners Against PETA.

I know PETA is a bunch of lunatics, but for them to single out children is horrible and wrong. Those "Unhappy Meals" would really frighten a child. What jerks.

That is an excellent idea. Those people are nuts and unfortunately, in many people's minds, all animal lovers get "tarred with the same stick". Perhaps it's time that the reasonable people had a voice.

I like the idea, but how would a person go about setting up such an organization? I wouldn't want to start a group of mailicious wacks that think violence against PETA is ok. Because any kind of violence is not ok. PETA's violence is what gives them a bad name.

Gone were the days where PETA is a big advocate of loving animals and pets.
