LOL! I wasn't allowed to make friends with our food supply. But we did have tons of barnyard pets. My brother had his stupid rooster. Crowed at 3:00 am and I would have loved to choke it. I had my cow. He was always wandering off and eating mom's garden. I'm sure my mom looked at him and saw steaks in the freezer. We had cats and dogs and horses. With as many pets as we had, we didn't have time to make friends with the food supply.

I'm just wondering what possible nutrition could be contained in chicken feathers? The reason I don't feed my girls commercial dog food is that they throw stuff like that in it.
