Can these dogs get really big? Just got a new female puppy. So cute , and my dad said , this could end up being a great , strong dog. If i give it the right training.

Whether white or not, GSD's are generally on the large size. Your best bet is to just go to AKC site and look up GSD's for information on size etc.

Some standard shows their on these sizes:

Height (inches): 24 - 26 (dogs); 22 - 24 (bitches)
Weight (pounds): 60 - 130 (dogs); 45 - 110(bitches)

Mhmyup, regardless of colour GSDs are powerfull strong breeds. They are lovley dogs though, and are very protective of their family, 1-2 people especially. They have to have special socialisation as they can be very nervous dogs, and this can lead to a very unhappy life for the dog and could even result in fear agression.

She sounds so, so beautiful... I love German Shepherds with a passion, they are definetly one of my top breeds. They were my favourite breed for years until I discovered the Belgian Tervuren. I still get a lovley feeling inside of me when I see a GSD though, they just make me so happy. I love them so much. !
