Default Yelping 10 wk old puppy

Hi, Today we have noticed a huge change in our 10 week old Mini Italian Greyhound puppy (Tattoo) normally he has his little bursts of energy and then he's asleep for a couple hours. Well today he's been pretty lazy sleeping most of the day. Tonight I went to move him and he started yelping like CRAZY!!! I checked him over and nothing felt out of place or different. It doesn't matter where he is touched he yelps. He did fall this morning but has been walking fine when we put him down on the floor. I noticed his eatting has changed a little. Could this be because of teething? This has me really scared because I don't know how to soothe him. I've trying almost everything. Anyone have any Idea's??? I would be greatful of any insight that anyone has to offer.

What you have is actually an Italian Greyhound, not a mini one. Sorry no such thing.
The breed in itself at that age is very susceptible to injuries whether spinal or legs. If the matter persists I would highly recommend a vet visit to rule out any serious issues.
Teething may slow down the eating but not so much that it would cause the pup to yelp if handled.
This breed has very fine legs and could have easily pulled a muscle or tendon. Though these are not very visible on an x-ray at this age it is not uncommon.
Good luck.

The puppy yelp where ever he is touched? He couldn't be hurting all over his body from his fall could he?

Try to observe him, he could be just irritable. Try to observe if he walks with a limp later.

I wouldn't worry much about him eating too little though our dogs do that sometimes.
