I finally got to see the stray dog. Except I don't believe it's a stray. I think it belongs to the guy that lives around the corner. A rather plump yellow lab. That dude never has been able to keep his dog home. He's and escape artist. I'll run the doggie down the street and give the dude my number. If his doggie comes back I'll put him in this kennel we are building and see how long it takes for the dude to call.

Well, I'm glad he's not a stray. Do you know if the guy neglects the dog or if he just lets the dog run free in the neighborhood? Does the dog just always escape like you said?
