Ryan is going to shoot me...
No, I didn't get another dog. Ryan is deadset against it. So I bought a 27 foot above ground pool for the dogs. We will have to go get it next month, but he doesn't know about it yet. In the meantime, I will stuff some books in my the back of my pants to get ready for ass kicking I am about to recieve.
I think Buster and Luna will like it though. Don't know about Sammie. She doesn't like to get wet.

Where exactly do you intend to hide a 27 foot pool so Ryan doesn't "get wind of it?" If I were you, I'd claim temporary insanity. You might also want to ensure that there are no loaded guns in the house...

He does. He is an angel. But I do think he will hit the fan about it until he is sitting in it on a 90 degree day.

Yeah, I can see him quietly relaxing in it on a 90 degree day with 3 St Bernard's in there with him....oh yeah, that's going to go over real well.

Congrats on the purchase! And good luck with the books in your pants, hope they work! LOL
As a former above ground pool owner, I'm curious. How do you intend to keep the big guys from clawing the liner? Until they are used to using the stairs or ladder to get out, won't they automatically swim to the side and claw? Vinyl liners are pretty delicate and surely won't withstand that.
Can't wait for pictures.....love Saint Bernards, and love swimming dogs.

With this pool is there is only one way out. The rest of the pool has an on-pool fence. They can't get out that way. They can only get out from the deck.

I am really upset. That lady sold that pool out from under me after we had an agreement.  The other person paid her 20 more dollars than I paid. Money greedy *****.

I'm sorry to hear about the pool. However, at least Ryan will have one less reason to shoot you when you show up with dog #4...

Well if that is the case, you may as well go get the dog at the shelter. You have already prepared yourself with the book in the pants anyway....
