Nothing worse than fighting with your partner over it, This will only cause stress on you and the new dog. Try to bring ryan around to the idea on ways if possible where you could save money elsewhere (this usually works for me) Good luck, its hard to turn down such a lovely dog when thinking from the heart !

Me and Ryan never argue. But he is very firm about no more doggies. He says if we get another one, we'll have to sleep on the roof to make room.

Are betting pools allowed on the forum? If so, I'd like to start one for how long it will take Luna to spring that St. Bernard from the shelter. The winner could donate the money either to Luna to pay for dog food or their favourite animal charity.

Get him a knapsack. There will be plenty of room for dog food and vet money in there.
