we were romping out in the yard and Luna did a play bow and when she came back up she head butted me and broke my nose. My doc suggested that with as many broken bones I have gotten in the past year, I need to go have some calcium tests done and some osteoperosis tests. I told him he needed to meet Buster and Luna and see if he doesn't end up with some broken limbs. But I will go to the doc and have my bones checked. They seem to be breaking rather easily despite being run over by Luna.

Oh no! That must be so painful! Did you know it is a really common dog owning accident? A couple of weeks ago my father ended up with a split lip and a black eye following a similar incident with his spaniel cross. Does it mean they should be classed as dangerous dogs LOL!

I'm sorry to hear about your nose, but at the same time I have to chuckle a little because my lab/retriever mix is big and clumsy and I could totally see something like that happening if I'm not careful enough when we're playing. Funny how it doesn't seem to hurt them one bit isn't it?!

Those bloody dogs will be the death of you! We're going to have to take up a collection in the forum to buy you a football uniform with a full face helmet so you can safely play with your dogs or one day, we'll be minus a moderator! Ouch!!! You poor thing. It must hurt like hell!!!

I'll be ok. Just hurts like hell. The doctor has asked me on several occasions if I am being abused at home. I need to video Buster and Luna running around in the yard like idiots and show it to him. And show him what it's like when I call them. Maybe he'll stop asking me that.

Ouch!I have been head butted by Luca and it was incredibly painful... I can't imagine the pain from a huge St. Bernard head! Hope your nose feels better soon!

Ouch, I bet that hurt. I got head butted by my flat coated retriever and got a black eye, which lasted for days. No one believed that my dog had done it. hope you feel better soon!
