OMG, just found this, somone else posting pics etc of Kato claiming he is their dog??
WTF is all I can say about this one
Akita Personality | Dogs Smart
I found this just by stupid chance, and someone has been sending pics and stories of Kato to other sites and claiming he is THEIR dog, I only realised it because the picture links are from MY photobucket account.
Very amused by the last comment though "since the camera hasn't got working so nothing new, but still looking same all grown up "
im just astounded...................OK so silently flattered too, but.............ewweee...........creepy!

It's odd because there doesn't seem to be any reason for it. I've had problems on another forum with someone out and out lying about their dogs and family and posting photos and comments that are totally at odds with what they have posted earlier but this seems anonymous and pointless. Very odd.

thats what I thought, its like they have seen photos of Kato on the forums, and just gone, WOW i love that dog and I want it to be mine, so has taken exactly that stance on the internet and pretended that it is so.
At least I know they are not accessing my photobucket account, these are only photos that have been put on forums etc. If they had have had access to photobucket they would not have had to say anything about a "broken camera" as there are always very recent photos of Kato on there..........funny how those very photos have been taken by the mysteriously "broken camera" LOL

yep, my hubby and my daughter. Perhaps from now on I should put me in all our photos, then no one would want to post them any where......lol

I have seen this kind of thing done on other forums. Odds are they are a troll. If this was posted on another forum contact the administrator. That would be good grounds for banning, but at the very least, the pictures would be removed.

Child predators will often make up a personality to lure children. Having other children as common ground is a common tactic, and pets and babies are common lures too. I'd be worried that someone is using your photos for these purposes.
Information from Safe Sanctuary training for children's and youth ministries.

I agree, you need to notify the admin and mods on those forums and alert them that this person is pirating your personal photos and request that they be removed.
