Default We finally have our own home in the country!

I am VERY pleased/blessed to announce that we will be taking possession of our new home on November 30 and we are leaving townhouse life to move to a village to a home where there is enough land to house another dog. Just an addiction of mine, lol. Our Sophia is starting chemo in 2 days which scares us all huge but God willing she'll do just fine. Now after her 2nd cycle of chemo she can come home after her short hospital stay to her new home in the country and another dog. I have my eye on a blue heeler to add to the pack....if she doesn't work out then I have our local shelter that I will be looking into. We'll have room for the dogs in a section of our house so that we don't have to put our bulldog in lock up (we'll own the place) and Cassie can sleep with him along with the new addition. IF there is a 4th, my husband gets to pick it and it would likely be a tiny Shih-Tzu. Our property is large enough that there is a ton of room for our dogs to run....there's a creek at the end of the property too which I intend to walk through with my girls and our dogs too. I grew up with a river behind our apt building so it's a thrill to have the same for our girls.
We do have some light to shine while we pray for this cancer to be put in the garbage for our baby girl.

+1 I can only just imagine how pretty a country home in a UK village could be, pictures a MUST

Sadly I'm in or WAS,lol, in London Ontario, not UK. But still, living in the country is going to be so cool, the population is just over 1000 people. We saw the house today, picked the colour of the shingles that will be installed and found out that we will be able to enjoy more land than we originally thought....our nextdoor neighbours only own about a third of the back yard land that we own so the extra space behind their yard is owned by the municipality....WHICH means that although I can't build anything on it, there will be even more room for our dogs to run. But yeah, TONS of room to run and yep I will post some pics of the house and the land and a pic of each of our dogs. As the pack increases I'll post more pics, lol. If we get a kennel license then we may be able to foster some dogs that have no home too...that's if we have in excess of 5 dogs. I can see it happening! ops:
