That is the hubby. He was getting ready to take a little nap. He got a little cranky about me taking a pic with his hair messed up, but I think he's cute and cuddly no matter if his hair is messed up or not. And pardon the house. Between the little person and the dogs, nothing stays put up.

LOL nothing to excuse, im glad you shared those pics, i filter mine so carefully because I will admit to not being the worlds best housewife, and I often feel a little embaressed putting pics up that might show of a pile of dirty clothes or something......it reminds me that the truth is those people who I know keep their homes perfect, probably dont have as much fun as we do......besides, if there is no little person or pet that requires my attention, id rather be here and chat than do the dishes

BTW luna, it looks like you have a very lovely, warm family....its nice to see. Perahps we should all share a little more of our lives with each other

edited to add.............lol in saying all that, i just noticed my profile pic, and big fat pile of hubbies washing on the chair behind Kato.....bahahahahahha!

My kitchen is almost always clean, but the living room has so many dog and little person toys that I gave up trying to keep up with it a long time ago. Now I am just looking for one of those signs for my door that says "Pardon the mess. My children are making memories."

Love the pictures!! No, a house with kids can never be kept up enough. Kids are like never ending tornadoes. I used to watch 2 others along with my own & you would never know that I took the time to pick up after them. Even with 2 now (one 9 y/o, the other 42). The dogs on the other hand aren't as bad.

Porter is horrible to pick up after. He murders his stuffies. I sweep up stuffing and decapitated heads everyday. After all of the stuffing is out, I tell him "It's dead now" and he goes and lays down like he did his deed for the day while I have to go get the broom and dust pan and pick up his poor stuffies innards.
