Unhappy Panicing...

I moved from my last house, because I was told to get rid of my dogs, or move. So I moved. I'm now staying in the guest house of my grandparents house, but today my grandpa told me the dogs have to go. I just started a new job, and won't have money for a deposit on a new place for another 3 weeks.

The reasons he gave me for getting rid of them was:
1. They poop. Apparently they aren't supposed to poop, and this is something new?
2. Holes. They dug a hole about 2 months ago, and I haven't heard the end of it since.
3. Dead grass. The dead grass wasn't even the dogs fault. There was a pile of fire wood sitting in their area for most of the summer, but now that the wood is gone, and the dead spot is in 'the dogs area,' it was suddenly caused by the dog.

I'm very nervous about bringing up this situation at all with my grandpa. I don't know what he would do if I continued putting my dogs out on their tie downs, so I decided to walk them when they need to potty. But I don't know if he would be the type of person to kick us out, or making my dogs 'disappear' because I didn't rehome them myself.

Any suggestions? My boyfriend and dad are all for moving, but we won't be able to move until I get my first paycheck since my boyfriend doesn't have a job, and it'll take at least two of us having a job to afford rent. Is there maybe some way to keep my grandpa at bay until we can move? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I've moved three times now because of my dogs. I know they can be a pain to someone who doesn't like dogs, someone who doesn't think they have the room for large dogs, or just plain nasty landlords taking over a property. But I love my dogs, and I just cannot picture myself getting rid of them until I have tried everything in my power to keep them. I've had Hailey for almost 2 years, and Zeus for a year and a half.

Is there a friend who could take your dogs just until you get a place and then you could take them back? Or a friend you could move in with?

I don't think so =\ My mother won't take them because my female doesn't get along with her dog, and my mom doesn't like my male because he's so big. And my boyfriends mother just remodeled their house, and because nobody over there will take the dogs out on a leash (they have two dogs there already, and nobody takes them out) she doesn't want my two big dogs adding to the pee/poop problem.

Honestly this was my last resort to move to last time we have to either get rid of the dogs or move, due to a new landlord.

My grandpa works all week, so I think I can at least make it through the week by taking down their tie downs and walking them everytime they have to go potty. I just don't know what the sudden issue is with them going potty in their area. It was a part of the yard that was rarely ever used to begin with, but it seems that since we've been here my grandpa needs to go to that part of the yard just about everyday for some reason or another.

Do you pick up their poo everyday? Maybe picking it up everytime they go would help and rinsing where they pee with a water house would help. Then maybe your gramps would see that you are trying. Or he just really doesn't want the dogs around at all and will look for another excuse fory ou to get rid of them. I would seriously look for a place really quick so you can get out of there.

I would normally pick it up at least once a day. I've started picking it up every time I take them out. He hasn't said anything since, and I'm not pushing the issue. Since there's snow on the ground and the water hose busted during the first good freeze, I can't really spray anything down, just try to clean it up really good.

I'm working part time and looking for a second job. Now it's just a matter of finding somewhere that'll except large dogs without a HUGE deposit.
