Lucky you on both accounts! So tell the story..what caused the bark? I'd be excited about it too. Meanwhile, I'm just grateful Kuma's stopped peeing when she meets people. BTW videos on Seigi's Akita speak would be cool if he's still doing it!! ~hint hint~

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"

He was in his kennel going potty for the night and the neighbors across the way were out. At first it was just a really low growl and I thought "well at least he's getting there" then when I turned to go inside he started barking and he meant buisness!,,

As for Seigi speak he's more of a gunter then a talker lol.
