Here he is!!!
He got sick on the way home. We were almost home too. He looks like a blue merle in the outdoor pic, but it's just a crappy camara.
I had a lot of trouble getting a picture of him. He wouldn't stay still.

Mostly Aussie but there appears to be something else in there. The ears, something about the ears. Being the age he is and still teething the ears will in all likelihood stand by the time he is 6 to 8 months. I wonder if there is BC mixed with Aussie. The ears and snout are off for an Aussie.

His ears already stand when he is really alert. I was thinking a little sheltie. That's what the ears remind me of.

That could be but both the Sheltie and BC ears are very similar and crossing a BC and Aussie is very common.

This little guy is crate trained, knows how to sit and keeps his crate neat as a pin. So he is potty trained. And he was someone's pet. He is terrified of Buster. The other two dogs he's fine with but he won't go near Buster. Maybe he already knows Buster is an I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!I LOVE DOGS!.

It is absolutly hilarious watching him chase the fish from one side of the tank to the other. One of the cats came up to him and he ignores the cat to go chase the fish.
I want to name him Noah after the greatest shepherd that ever lived. (If we get anymore animals, we'll need an ark to keep them in too.)

Oh, so what you are saying is that I live in an ARK?

The little person loves playing with him. He LOVES his tuggie. She runs around the living room with it and he follows her everywhere. Great way to occupy and wear them both out.

Lol, that is so funny about herding the fish! That sounds like a pretty good deal--that the little girl and the little puppy wear each other out. I am surprised that Buster hasn't got in the act yet! Are you 'funning' or are you really thinking of naming him Noah? It is different and doesn't sound too bad for calling him.
Here is a site for dog names---I left it on the page for Noah--which means 'Rest' Note that you put in the letter of the alphabet and will bring up about 10 pages or so of male dog names (if you put male in the appropriate box--You can also use both male and female names by changing the selection) It doesn't give meanings to all the names but some are there!

Before you guys think I am joking, I will assure you that I am not. We called him Mr. Sweaters. That's what he answers to. What better than a silly name for a silly doggie.
I was going to give the little guy and Buster a few days to get used to each other before having any interaction with each other. Buster plays too rough sometimes and I want to make sure if he understands to play nice.
One other thing, he prances like a sheltie does. It's adorable.

He's probably heard stories about Buster while he was in the pen.
He's so cute! Those Aussies are some gorgeous dogs. I'm happy you all found each other...'Mr Sweaters'..lol I can't imagine anyone being able to say that name when they're mad. It would put a smile on my face hearing anyone say it any old way.

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"

I just call him Mister when he's being naughty.
I made an appointment with the vet for a puppy checkup. The vet asked me his name. I told them Mr. Sweaters. They said Mister....um...Sweaters? I said yip. They said Let me see if I have this right. His name is Mister Sweaters? I said yip. They said Ok, just wanted to make sure.
It was pretty funny.
