Koolies are so rare in North America, they almost dont exist. They are an Australian herding breed. There's a lady on our deaf dogs yahoo group who has 3 deaf koolies, and fosters other deaf koolies. Not likely your pup has any Koolie in him. there's only a handful of them imported to North America.
