Hey Luna, Ree, or Sig: Can/would you put the instructions on how to post a pic through Photo Bucket in the 'permanent fixed rules'---the Please read thread!? Lol, being as I can't get my new computer to recognize my printer right now---I have a kind of tough time trying to find it in the regular posts. Besides it is a good place for new members to see it too as it will be in a permanent spot to go check on. Thanks guys!----(and remember to change it to read submit--- at the end instruction)

I already posted it as a sticky on the 3 most read rooms in here. I'm not sure why you can't find it. It's right at the top.

Thanks Lange! I finally found one of the messages but it is still not the easiest way as new messages get placed in front of them.
I did bookmark it but as far as new members go would be great if it was in the rules for them to see right away as they joined and read the rules. The title of that forum where the rules are IS called Dog Forum News and Updates! and under that title--get the latest news and updates.

New messages can't get placed over them. They are stickies. They will always be at the top of those rooms. The only way you will never see them is if you only click the unread posts button.
