Default What bloat looks like

Very educational. Make sure you watch the whole thing. Especially if you have a breed that is prone to bloat. Bloating akita - YouTube

Default Bloat so scary

..I get nervous with Kuma, she wants to drink so much..more than any dog I've ever had. (Ree? Is this an Akita thing or maybe just a Kuma thing??) Anyway she makes me even more nervous when it comes to bloat.

I'm going to email myself the url so I can watch it thru my phone. Ty Luna for sharing.

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective training tool when used properly. For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase,"I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG, I FORGOT TO WATCH MY DOG!"

Seigi does the same thing Lange especially when I have to start turning on the heat..what I do is just make sure I don't leave his bowl to full of water so he can't drink it all at one time.

Any breed where their stomach is not attached to anything inside their body. Mostly large and giant breeds. 2 of my breeds are prone. The other 2 aren't.
