I would rather donate food and towels and bleach and phone cards to my local shelter. At least I know where the money is going.

I don't think this video was meant to be funny..On the contrary It seems they were trying to get the word out about the horrible conditions these dogs/puppies are forced to line from the day they were born and they were trying to get the word out as to where pet store puppies actually come from..I think if your more interested in the point they were trying to get across you'll see how really NOT funny that video was and that it wasn't meant as a joke at all but intead meant to educate people on the suffering of these poor puppy mill dogs...However that's just my opinion..I looked past the silliness,in fact didn't give it a second guess..I was more into the educational aspect of it myself!

I know what you mean about it is actually saying that it is not funny. But I thought the costume was cute.
