Without human body parts how can they train the dogs? I personally wouldn't have a problem with it if it was the body of my relative but I understand that others would feel uncomfortable.

Appalling is the word that comes to mind. There are plenty of body parts that can be legally obtained through the Body Farm and various universities where people have donated their bodies to science.
